Isabelle Charles joined CEND the fall of 2018 as the project manager for the Alliance for Global Health and Sciences and now serves at the project manager for CEND’s diversity, education, and international development initiatives. Prior to joining the team, Isabelle worked in Kasese, Uganda supporting capacity-building programs for community-based health organizations, focusing on training community-based-organizations on best practices in health programming, including resource mobilization, data analysis, and monitoring & evaluation frameworks. She is passionate about combatting health disparities in both the U.S. and globally. Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys backpacking, traveling, mountaineering, and hanging out with her pet rabbit, Cinnamon.
