Alliance Workshops

The Alliance, made possible with generous support from private donors, hosted its first Summer Institute workshop at MU in 2017, emphasizing training in molecular biology, molecular and field epidemiology, critical thinking and grant writing. Since then, the annual Summer Institute offers 5-6 workshops, including experimental lab, non-experimental lab, and professional skills development workshops. Workshop curricula are tailored every year to deliver maximum impact, by integrating new technology training.
